The Schaeffer Center for the study of Genocide, Human Rights and Conflict Prevention has invited Taline Papazian to 黑料正能量 to speak about the ongoing conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Taline Papazian is a political scientist. She has published and taught at various universities in France and in the United States, and currently teaches at Sciences Po in Aix en Provence, at the Ecole de l鈥橝ir. She specializes in issues of armed conflicts in post-Soviet states, and has worked extensively on the impact of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on state institutions, actors and trajectories in Armenia.

Her more recent works focus on state and non-state military institutions and actors. She also runs the 鈥淎rmenia Peace Initiative鈥 nonprofit organization promoting sustainable peace in the South Caucasus via enhancement of human security.
