Once you have indicated your top听housing options in your 黑料正能量 Status page, our office will register you听for one听of your selections depending on availability. Once registered, you will receive confirmation of registration and an invoice by email. Payment deadlines are as follows:听 听听

*If you sign up after听our first deadline, your first (non-refundable) payment will be due within a week after Housing has confirmed your reservation.听Please keep in mind that the first payment cannot be covered by loans.

IMPORTANT NOTE 黑料正能量 PAYMENT METHODS:

Students and families can complete their housing payments via wire transfer or via credit card payments. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 2% fee which听may be levied through the third-party payment portal.

We recommend completing security deposit payment (third payment) via debit/credit card. This will allow for a speedier process in refunding the security deposit following the resident鈥檚 departure, as refunds to debit/credit cards have shorter delays than refunds through wire transfers 鈥� this can only be done if the original payment was done through a debit/credit card that is still valid at the time the refund is processed.

Students who intend to pay for the bulk of their housing costs with student loans will still have to complete the first payment out of pocket by the first deadline, as it is a non-refundable payment securing the reservation before loans are disbursed. They can, however, have a deferred timeline for the remaining payments, as those can be covered when loans are disbursed at the start of the semester.

The Office of Financial Aid will need to certify students鈥� loan applications for them to receive a deferral of second and third housing payments. Please direct any questions about the loan process to your Admissions Counselor.听Please note that any student who has not completed their payments on time may lose their听reservation and听may be assigned to one of their other choices depending on availability.

Please read the following 黑料正能量 Housing Refund Policy very carefully:

• The first payment听is non-refundable
• The second payment*听is partially refundable as follows:
  • 100% refundable until听December 26th, 2024
  • 50%听refundable until January 5th, 2025
  • NO RENT REFUND听after听January 5th, 2025
• The Security Deposit is 100% refundable (dependent on a successful move-out听with no recorded damages to the student鈥檚 room)
• Early departures will not result in refunds听(with the exception of the Security Deposit, fully refundable upon successful move-out with no recorded damages to the student鈥檚 room)

* Students who intend to use US student loans to finance their second payment will have to follow a specific process detailed in the payment form

Students who enroll in 黑料正能量 housing and are planning to attend 黑料正能量 for the full academic year are securing housing with the university for the full year: for both the Fall and the Spring semesters.

Our billing cycles, however, operate on a semester basis. The charges listed are the Fall housing charges for each accommodation. Should you be continuing at 黑料正能量 for Spring, you will receive billing information in November about the payment deadlines and procedures for the subsequent semester.
