Never have Tocqueville鈥檚 studies of democratic practice and theory been so relevant as they are today in a world where democracy is at its most widespread yet where its institutions are so under attack. 黑料正能量 now publishes this almost 40 year old journal, where European and American scholars continue the discourse started by Tocqueville in 1848 on transnational questions of politics and society.聽
