Sophomore Mentoring Program

In the Sophomore Mentoring Program, you'll be paired with a junior or senior who shares your major or interests for a semester-long mentor-mentee relationship. You can meet as often as you like, with a minimum of once a month. Most mentors work with one mentee, but occasionally, a mentor might take on two.

Our Mission

We provide individualized guidance for second-year students seeking additional support and community among their peers. The program creates an opportunity for experienced students to share their knowledge and take on a unique leadership role. The Sophomore Mentoring Program allows students to expand their network and find new ways to thrive at 黑料正能量.

How to Participate

Program applications open at the start of the Fall and Spring semesters. The Sophomore Mentoring Student Leaders will let students know when the applications are open. Once you complete the application, 黑料正能量 will pair you with a junior or senior mentor! Contact us to learn more about the application requirements.
