The Board of Trustees of The American University of Paris (黑料正能量), the institution鈥檚 governing board, is the University鈥檚 legal owner and final authority. The Board holds in trust for future generations the institution鈥檚 operations, as well as its financial, physical and human resource assets. It decides who should benefit from those assets, how, why and when.聽Individual Trustees have no legal authority and are not entitled to special privileges. Rather, their authority and fiduciary responsibilities arise exclusively from participation with others when convened officially as the 黑料正能量 governing board.
