When Rudolf Nureyev toured Paris with the Kirov in 1961, shortly before seeking political asylum, he captivated audiences as the Prince in聽The Sleeping Beauty. Thirty years later, he reimagined this 鈥渂allet of ballets鈥� for the Paris Opera Ballet, retaining its enchantment and Tchaikovsky's brilliance while enhancing the prominence of male roles, especially the Prince.

After a decade's absence from the Paris Opera stage, Aurora, D茅sir茅, the Lilac Fairy, the Blue Bird, and the fearsome Carabosse are ready to enchant a new generation.

In order to sign up for cultural excursions, students must pay the full trip/activity price online. Once the payment is complete, no cancelations or refunds are possible. A student may sell her ticket or seat to someone else with the assistance of the Cultural Program Office, but the transaction is solely the student鈥檚 responsibility.
