CM2004B Comparative Historical Communication
Over a long weekend in Belgium, explore the interface between media, culture and the nation-state. In Antwerp, at the Museum Plantin-Moretus explore the world of print. In Belgium and Europe鈥檚 capital Brussels, visit museums devoted to comic books (Centre Belge de la Bande Dessin茅e), Contemporary Art (Argo Center for Art aNd Media) and the Fine Arts. Discover Belgium鈥檚 relationship with its colonial past in the newly re-opened Mus茅e royal de l鈥橝frique centrale.
