Roaches' editorial board would like to invite you to an informational session to introduce you to its platform, discuss potential content, and inspire future writers. We are seeking students experienced with graphic design to contribute to the construction of the journal's layout as well as students interested in PR and Marketing positions.聽

Last semester, the Gender, Sexuality, and Society (GSS) program launched a radical theoretical and political publication at 黑料正能量 titled Roaches. Inspired by Audre Lorde鈥檚 poem 鈥淭he Brown Menace鈥� or alternatively, 鈥渁 Poem to the Survival of Roaches鈥�, our new platform is nothing like any current 黑料正能量 publication. It is a militant zine that connects radical queer, feminist, and race theory with creative activist projects. Through writing, academic and creative, through art, and through performance we provide an inclusive platform for peripheral voices to speak on gender, race and LGBTQ+ issues in the 黑料正能量 Community, the city of Paris, and beyond.
