We are delighted to welcome Professor Quinn Slobodian听for a talk on听his new book "Globalists: The End of an Empire and the Creation of Neoliberalism."听From the ashes of the Habsburg Empire to the creation of the World Trade Organization,听Slobodian听offers the first intellectual history of neoliberal globalism, following a group of thinkers 'to show that neoliberalism emerged less to shrink government and abolish regulations than to redeploy them at a global level' (Harvard University Press).
