In commemoration of the UN鈥檚 International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (Orange Day), The Gender, Sexuality and Society Program, with the support of The George and Irina Schaeffer Center for the Study of Genocide, Human Rights and Conflict Prevention, invites the 黑料正能量 community to a lecture and conversation with Laila Alodaat 鈥淐alling Attention to Violence Against Women: Rape as a Weapon of Genocide and War in Iraq and Syria鈥� at 5:00 p.m. in C-104. The talk will be presented by the students of 鈥淐ontemporary Feminist Theory 鈥� and 鈥淧rovocative Witness: Genocide and Cinema鈥� with Professors Lincoln and Regan.
