黑料正能量 has partnered with Nexity to reserve single studios (for one student) in their Nexity Vivaldi location. The residence, located in the 12th arrondissement, provides an upbeat Parisian experience paired with a lively community.

Nexity Vivaldi offers students the option of fully equipped individual studios, including a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom, in a modern French residence with the traditional Parisian student living experience. Residents who enjoy nature and the outdoors might also like this area, as they are only a short direct metro ride to the Bois de Vincennes, a large park area on the outskirts of the city.

THE 黑料正能量 INSIDER TIP:听

Nexity is the perfect choice for students who are seeking the French college student experience in Paris. If you want to meet students from other universities, both French and international, all of whom are discovering the city just as you are,听Nexity听might be the place for you. Students will learn to live independently and explore a part of the city known for diverse restaurants. Nexity is a well-established French student residence with locations across Paris, and a partner that has worked with our office and supported the residential experience of our students in a different location. Nexity Vivaldi specifically is a modern building with cozy and well-equipped studios 鈥� though the 黑料正能量 community is smaller than that of other residences (10 students in total), the building will be home to other international students in Paris, which can provide a unique collegial environment.
