Please follow the steps below if you want to scan using your 黑料正能量 badge.

1. Scan your badge on the copier badge reader.
   听

2. Select Access Device
   听

3. Select Easy Scan
   听

4. Your email address will be loaded by default (1), you can proceed by clicking听 the start button B/W for Black听 and White Scanning (2) or Color for color Scanning (3) 听

5. If you want to send the scan to someone else鈥檚 email address, please click on the X next to your email address:
   听

6. Select Global Address List
   听

7. Type the name of the person you wish to send the scan to and click on Search
   听听

8. You can now start scanning the document and send it:
